Another Local Family Scores the Cash
Another week, another successful Mac Drop 👀
This time, the cash was hidden at Showplace ICON Theatre in Coon Rapids—and it didn’t stay hidden for long.
A few sharp-eyed local kids tracked it down, followed the clues, and claimed the prize 💰👏
That’s exactly what Mac Drop is all about: creating fun, free, local adventures for families while supporting community connection and local businesses.
🗺️ What is Mac Drop?
Mac Drop is our weekly local treasure hunt across:
✔️ Coon Rapids
✔️ Blaine
✔️ Anoka
✔️ Andover
We hide real money somewhere in our territory, release clues, and the first person to find it wins.
Simple. Fun. Community-driven.
And yes—people get VERY competitive 😅
📧 The Secret to Winning? The First Clue.
The very first clue is always sent by email to Macaroni KID subscribers first.
That clue is:
👉 Exclusive
👉 Not posted publicly
👉 Often the biggest advantage
If the drop isn’t found right away, we release additional clues and updates on Facebook.
That’s why the best players do both:
✔️ Subscribe to the newsletter
✔️ Follow the Facebook page
🎉 Why Families Love It
Mac Drop gives families a reason to:
